Yamaha RX-S602 review
The output power of this unit reaches 125 watts per channel at 8 ohms. 5.1-channel network AV receiver with high-quality sound and convenient functions, including AirPlay, and support for MusicCast. The Yamaha RX-S602 AV receiver supports a large number of audio formats, including Dolby True HD and DTS-HD Master Audio. 192 kHz FLAC / WAV playback is also supported. The unit provides excellent sound quality from Blu-ray discs and other high-resolution sources. The Audio Return Channel function allows data to be transmitted and received over a single HDMI cable. 
Yamaha RX-V485 review
With a weight of 7.8 kg and a 5.1-channel amplifier on board, it can provide power when loading one channel at 165 W (at 8 Ohms) or 115 W (6 Ohms). YPAO (Yamaha Parametric room Acoustic Optimizer) analyzes the acoustics of the room and the used audio system, and then fine-tune various sound parameters to provide the best sound for a particular room. The receiver is equipped with 384 kHz / 32-bit premium DACs - also with independent power supplies - for reproducing without noise absolutely all audio signals from high-resolution sources. 
Yamaha RX-S602 pros & cons
Pros
- The 4 HDMI inputs is sufficient for my needs and simplifies the remote as well
- I was able to upgrade from firmware 1.0 to 1.18 via the Internet without issue
Cons
- One issue I had when I owned the Marantz slim line receiver was it'd constantly lose my SiriusXM login information or registration so I had to constantly reset/reinput that

Pros
- It doesn’t sound good at all - but much better
- A good set of streaming functions and the ability to easily connect wireless rear speakers are additional advantages of this model
Cons
- I wish output power could be bigger
- The AV receiver has only four HDMI inputs and is not compatible with Google Chromecast and Dolby Atmos
