The device allows you to voice the second zone in configuration 3.1, as well as connect the front stereo pair in the bi-amping mode. The RX-V485 digital path is built on three Texas Instruments PCM5101 DACs. Wireless multiroom is implemented through the proprietary MusicCast system. From a USB drive connected to the receiver, music can be transmitted to the multi-room environment. And the device is able to receive Internet radio and work with global streaming services Tidal, Spotify and etc. In comparison Pioneer VSX-832 vs Yamaha RX-V485, the RX-485 has a full set of wireless interfaces, but VSX-832 has not Bluetooth.
