Compared Sonos Beam vs Yamaha YAS-107, Sonos Beam creates a richer sound. While watching movies, the voices of the heroes distinctly sounded from the LG E8 OLED TV, even though soundtracks were played and countless sounds of nature were heard. When listening to music, Sonos Beam also retains excellent clarity and a strong bass response, however, the speakers sound more cinematic than musically. Compared to the pair of speakers on the Sonos One stereo, Beam has a richer sound, probably due to mid-range drivers that add the illusion of deep bass. High and medium frequencies here seem somewhat deviated from the rest of the sound profile, they seem to float on top of the main melody. There are 3.0 built-in channels.
