What is noticed from the first glance is the minimum dimensions, can be put, can be hung. The appearance is practical, the device does not rush into the eyes. There is convenient universal remote control that allows you to control other home appliances. Bluetooth support is far from nonsense for those who do not want one device for most tasks. Proprietary technologies, TrueSpace, increased speech intelligibility - all this works very well in films, series, games. There are 2.0 built-in channels. To add, this playbar has the power output of 100W. 
Bose Soundbar 500 pros & cons
Pros
- The build quality of the soundbar is durable and the design is sleek
- The installation and setup was easy but I wouldn't say quick
- Watching movies is a whole new experience and makes it way more enjoyable
Cons
- Alexa quit after one week. After going through every troubleshooting step, I found the thing that did work (so far) is unplugging it for 30 seconds

Pros
- Auto shut off. Walk away and it will turn itself off after a period of no activity
- No more turning the volume up when someone is speaking and having to turn it down because the sound effects are to loud
Cons
- Remote massive and overkill in buttons most will never use
