What about the Vizio part of VIZIO SB3820-C6 vs Bose Solo 5 comparison, there are 2.0 built-in channels. Output wattage is 100W. This soundbar has very clear and well balanced upper and midrange. No need to adjust those levels. Other reviewers noted that the bass is lacking, but that's what you should expect and that's exactly what I was looking for. I have a wired subwoofer that I like, so I wanted a sound bar with an RCA subwoofer out. Very few still have this option. You're just stuck with the wireless sub that they come with.

The Bose Solo 5 loudspeaker is a monoblock Soundbar that can significantly improve the sound from your TV. When testig Bose Solo 5 vs VIZIO SB3820-C6 I admitted that the system is specially designed so that you hear all the dialogs in the films and television programs you are watching and do not miss the details. Watching programs in which speech predominates, you can choose the “dialogue improvement” mode to hear everything in detail. The system has a very ergonomic design, which allows you to place it in almost any interior. Thanks to the integrated Bluetooth® module, you can enjoy your favorite music from your mobile devices wirelessly. There are 2.0 built-in channels. To add, this playbar has the power output of 100W. 
VIZIO SB3820-C6 pros & cons
Pros
- The inputs are a really nice feature
- Both coax digital and optical digital in is a nice touch that others don't have, plus 2 different analog inputs
- Really good bluetooth connection that connects quickly and sounds as good as any other source
Cons
- It's a little tricky to get set up without an LCD display
Bose Solo 5 pros & cons
Pros
- If you want just one piece of gear for sound- this is it and is better than the TV. Small unit does fill the room
- Clear voice feature good (but not better than my tv or other soundbars)
- Overall adequate sound enhancement for BR like rooms but not exceptional
Cons
- Bose bass is good but my ears tell me their technology has been passed by other makers
