Both of Pioneer models are decent choice. The 303 model has 100W/8 Ohms vs 120/8 from 503. The VSX-LX303 is a 9.2-channel device with DTS: X and Dolby Atmos support. The model can work with audio systems in configurations 5.2.4 and 7.2.2. In addition, the VSX-LX303 features DTS Neural:X and Dolby Surround upmix functionality. Pioneer VSX-LX503 review

As for video, the receiver accepts UHD, HDR10, HLG, Dolby Vision. The built-in DAC copes with Hi-Res audio up to 384 kHz / 32 bit (decoding ALAC, FLAC, DSD). You can listen to music from a home wireless or wired source, as well as from streaming services Spotify, Tidal, Deezer, TuneIn. There is support for wireless technologies ChromeCast, AirPlay, Play-Fi and multi-room FlareConnect. As for the connectors, they are enough: seven HDMI inputs and two outputs (eARC support, HDCP2.2), an AV input component, analog connectors for audio sources (there is a phono input), digital audio inputs.
