Denon PMA-800NE review
This unit takes the point when we talk about power output. It delivers 50W while Marantz has 40W at the same 8-ohm load. The amplifier is equipped with an excellent built-in MM / MC phono stage, which can compete with many stand-alone devices. The digital section in the amplifier is represented by three optical and one coaxial inputs, which are capable of receiving a PCM signal with parameters up to 24 bit / 192 kHz. At the same time, the entire digital part of the Denon PMA-800NE can be turned off if desired, in order to eliminate its influence when listening through analog inputs. You can connect two pairs of speakers to the amplifier (or one pair according to the Bi-wiring scheme) using custom screw terminals. 
Marantz PM6006 review
The Marantz PM6006 circuit integrates HDAM SA2 and HDAM SA3 discrete amplifier modules. The changes affected the output section, which now provides higher peak currents. As a result, the sound became more accurate, detailed and dynamic. The amplifier is equipped with selected components. The large toroidal transformer of the power supply has a low impedance and is placed in a shielding casing. The PSU also has high-current capacitors and ultra-fast Schottky diodes.

Pros
- Operationally the amp is really straightforward
- The remote control moves the volume in really fine increments

- I wish the power cord was detachable so I could use one of my better ones

Pros
- Marantz has a fundamental understanding of what looks good, especially when you stack a PM6006 on it and make your other friends jealous

Cons
- I've had issues with volume control because the remote is too sensitive and makes it difficult to fine-tune the volume
