Comparing Marantz PM6006 vs Yamaha R-N602 we can see the differences in their power output. Yamaha has 80W, while PM6006 can offer two times less at the same 8-ohm load. The Marantz PM6006 circuit integrates HDAM SA2 and HDAM SA3 discrete amplifier modules. The changes affected the output section, which now provides higher peak currents. As a result, the sound became more accurate, detailed and dynamic. The amplifier is equipped with selected components. The large toroidal transformer of the power supply has a low impedance and is placed in a shielding casing. The PSU also has high-current capacitors and ultra-fast Schottky diodes. 
Yamaha R-N602 review
The Yamaha R-N602 model has separate power supply for the digital and analog sections and is equipped with proprietary circuit topology made in accordance with ToP-ART technology. This technology provides optimal channel separation and direct signal transmission with a minimum of noise and distortion. The receiver has a special ART Base chassis design that protects the transmitted audio signal from the effects of noise, vibration and resonance.

- Bluetooth functionality is very problematic
- MusicCast App for android and iPhone works to control the system but is a bit cumbersome and not intuitive
