Onkyo TX-SR393 is equipped with Dolby Atmos and DTS: X decoders, which are not only capable of processing these formats in 3.2.2 configuration, but also create virtual surround sound from any Dolby track. This gives the multi-channel soundtrack additional expressiveness, creating the effect of being in a real movie theater. For convenient surround sound tuning, the Onkyo TX-SR393 has an AccuEQ auto-calibration system with AccuReflex extension for accurate 3D format processing. The AV receiver uses AKM's multi-channel DAC with 32 bit / 384 kHz parameters.
