Onkyo TX-RZ820 review
Considering amplifier abilities of these two I can say that they both have 7.2-channel configuration. The stereo power is 160/8 for Onkyo, his foe has 100/8 W/Ohm. Having a 32-bit signal processor allows Onkyo TX-RZ820 to decode Dolby Atmos formats in 5.2.2-channel configuration and DTS:X. DTS Neural:X and Dolby Surround codecs are supported for converting the sound of conventional multi-channel formats to object-oriented three-dimensional sound. It has AK4458 DACs and VLSC technology. Speakers can be calibrated by AccuEQ, and AccuReflex technology ensures phase compatibility of speakers for Dolby Atmos with other speakers. 
Marantz SR5012 review
The model is equipped with a Bluetooth module, AirPlay function and has dual-band Wi-Fi to work without disruption in an overloaded network. Each receiver channel has an upscale AKM AK4458VN DAC. Playback of Hi-Res-formats (including DSD up to 5.6 MHz) via local network and USB is available. It supports technology that provides access to the HEOS wireless multi-room system. Using the HEOS application, you can transfer the audio content of local libraries or the audio stream from various online services to devices capable of working with this technology.
