Yamaha YAS-109 review
Yamaha is a leader in sound market and its gadgets are a piece of quality. The 109 model has the same channel quantity and output power as the 107th. They have 2.0 channels and 60W. The Yamaha YAS-109 soundbar has a three-way built-in acoustics, in each channel of which there are tweeter, midrange and bass. This solution allowed us to get rich and powerful sound without using an external subwoofer. However, the soundbar has an output for connecting a sub, which may be required when scoring large rooms. The soundbar has a universal set of connections. HDMI switching provides the ability to transmit 4K video with HDR10 and HLG. 
Yamaha YAS-107 review
Yamaha said the YAS-107 will be one of the leaders in sound panels adding DTS Virtual:X. DTS Virtual:X is a technology that uses digital signal processing and psychoacoustic methods to simulate an object-oriented sound in which sounds have pitch characteristics. even if there are no pitch or surround back speakers available. DTS Virtual:X will mix any signal source from two-channel stereo to 7.1.4 channels. 
Yamaha YAS-109 pros & cons
Pros
- Surprisingly, under a metal RV port 24' x 40' with 15' ceiling, there is no problem hearing the music clearly
- Having Alexa in the unit (works only with internet connection), it's nice to get updates, change the music selection all with voice control
Cons
- Alexa suddenly stopped working without explanation and there's no troubleshooting available for that
Yamaha YAS-107 pros & cons
Pros
- Very clear and simple instruction manual
- The remote control is also very simple and I like that you can control the level of bass and Surround
Cons
- The combination of overall size and the mounting hole placement (on the bottom). When hung, the sound bar now takes up 5 inches of wall height below your TV
