Marantz SR7012 vs Denon AVRX4400H

Connections & Setup

I have had an opportunity to make the comparison Marantz SR7012 vs Denon AVR X4400H and want to share it. These receivers are both 9-channels and have a complete set of connectors typical for receivers of this class. The connection and adjustment of receivers are simple due to the Audyssey MultEQ XT32 system. However, it worth noting that SR7012 has a better-designed menu versus AVR X4400H.

Design & Usability

Denon AVR X4400 has an attractive front panel, on which there are a large display and two large knobs. The SR7012 has the small round display and similar knobs, but if compare the appearance of the receivers, then the SR7012 seems more accurate. Due to their power, both receivers can be used in large rooms, but the X4400H is more preferable for a home theatre. Since Denon AVR X4400H vs Marantz SR7012 can operate in 11 channel mode or in 7.2.4. configuration.
