Read MoreThe Denon AVR‑S750H has many advanced features and can be part of the HEOS multiroom system. Of course, it has compatibility with all most popular voice assistants like Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and etc. The unit is equipped with Dolby`s decoders in configuration 5.1.2 and the full set of DTS: X. Among the characteristics of the model, one can note an output power of 75 W/channel, which is significantly less versus the rival in the Denon AVR-S750H vs Onkyo TX-NR686. There are also HDMI inputs (4K/HDR) and one output with eARC support, Bluetooth, Ethernet/Wi-Fi.
The device has a 7.2 configuration and supports object-oriented audio decoders like Dolby Atmos and DTS:X in a 5.2.2 setup by adding a couple of overhead speakers that will really expand the sound stage vertically. And given the receiver's output power, which is 165 W/channel, even with fairly demanding acoustics, it should not have any problems. The receiver has a built-in 384 kHz/32-bit DAC. Onboard the TX-NR686 are AccuEQ Room Acoustic Calibration and AccuReflex auto-tuning programs. Another advantage is that the receiver can control the wireless audio system of the whole house using built-in technologies: FlareConnect, DTS Play-Fi, and Chromecast.
