Sony HT-Z9F supports Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.2 and the Bluetooth LDAC codec, except for SBC and AAC codecs. Support for standard audio formats, the Sony HT-Z9F includes various Dolby formats, up to Dolby Atmos, DTS to DTS:X formats. In addition, the Sony HT-Z9F soundbar works with Google Assistant using the Chromecast audio standard and supports Spotify Connect, for streaming music over Wi-Fi. The Sony HT-Z9F is best connected to your TV or home entertainment system via HDMI, as it allows you to use 4K, HDR and Dolby Vision mode.

Yamaha YAS-209 review

On many soundtracks, the DTS YAS-209 displays impressive lively sound. All sound effects gain real strength and weight. And their distribution over the sound stage, offered by DTS Virtual:X processing, is also quite adequate to the video sequence. As expected, the Yamaha YAS-209 panel gives a lot of bass, but it does not suppress the sound. Yamaha remains crisp and well-projected even during intense operations. Possessing an energy and punch compared to some soundbars in this class, there is a nagging feeling that the panel tightens the front of the punch.
