After comparing Bose Soundbar 700 vs Samsung HW-N850, it can be noted that the soundbar is equipped with ADAPTiQ technology, which calibrates its sound depending on the characteristics of the listening room. Bose SoundBar 700 is equipped with custom speakers to get the most shocking and transparent sound. There are 3.0 built-in channels. Input rating is 65W. The combination of QuitePort and PhaseGuide technologies provides vibration damping and distortion reduction to a minimum, as well as creating such a speaker pattern that the listener will get the impression of a set of speakers, not just the SoundBar 700.

What about Samsung HW-N850 vs Bose Soundbar 700, Samsung HW-N850 has drivers for width and speed, a wireless subwoofer and supports Dolby Atmos and DTS: X. However, it lacks the rear speakers of the flagship HW-N950; so while it sounds great, the sound is weighted in front of the room. It has 5.1 built-in channels and power output of 372W. The drivers are individually powered by a built-in amplifier with a total power of 372 watts, and the soundbar and auxiliary module are reported to have a frequency response from 34 Hz to 17 kHz. Samsung does not break these numbers, but it can be assumed that the subwoofer processes all lower frequencies.

Pros
- The sound from the 700 and its components is fantastic, nothing more to be said there
- Having the bass and rear speakers augments the experience dramatically
- Just the soundbar would be good for watching TV (voice clarity)

- When confronted with all the parts, not as simple as you might think

Pros
- I have to point out that build quality is really top notch, and is very heavy for a sound bar
- It would eliminate all the complication of setting up multi speakers and wiring them all over the place
