Marantz SR6014 is a 9.2-channel AV receiver that develops 185 W per channel at 6 Ohm load and provides object-oriented 3D sound thanks to support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X formats (7.1.2 or 5.1.4). Three HDMI outputs allow you to simultaneously use the projector and TV, as well as send the AV signal to zone 2. One of them has an extended eARC return channel (with support for DTS:X and Dolby Atmos). The Audyssey MultEQ XT32 system calibrates the speakers connected to the receiver. Supported technology Dynamic EQ (corrects the frequency response), Dynamic Volume (equalizes the volume level), Sub EQ HT (optimizes the operation of two subwoofers) and LFC (prevents the penetration of bass into adjacent rooms).

Making Marantz SR6014 vs Marantz SR6013 comparison I had something to note. The Marantz SR6013 9.2-channel AV receiver delivers 185 watts per channel at 6 ohms and delivers object-oriented 3D audio with support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X formats (7.1.2 or 5.1.4). When you connect a stereo-powered receiver to the receiver, you can build a 7.1.4-channel system, and when organizing a simpler surround sound system, you can connect speakers in an additional zone to two free amplifying channels. The device works with Ultra HD resolution and can scale video to 4K. 
Marantz SR6014 pros & cons
Pros
- It has up to 9.2 channels (I only need 5.1 for now), all kinds of connection options, supports all the latest standards (including IMAX)
- It has a decent remote (although no backlight)
Cons
- Using output port 2, lost video several times and had to reset to factory default

Pros
- This is the easiest receiver to hook up and set up
- Over all the build and quality is top shelf
- At no point at any volume level is there noticeable distortion / hiss or hum
Cons
- It runs fairly warm so depending on where you have it you will need to put a fan on top of it
