The Samsung HW-Q80R speaker system as a whole was developed jointly with sound experts from Harman Kardon. Despite the fact that the soundbar Samsung HW-Q80R is designed specifically for movies, it plays music very well. In fact, the panel can play FLAC, WAV, AAC, and ALAC files. Another great feature of the Samsung HW-Q80R is the use of its own high-frequency twitter. This allows the sound to spread over a wider range. Therefore, the consumer does not need to sit in a certain place in order to achieve maximum effect.

JBL Bar 5.1 review

The soundbar is equipped with three pairs of 6 x 5.7 cm bass midrange speakers and three 3.2 cm tweeters distributed across the three front channels (left, right and center). Each surround speaker has a rubber base that allows them to be placed on most surfaces. Each of them includes a pair of mid-range speakers and a soft dome-shaped tweeter, as well as amplification and, consequently, a battery. JBL Bar 5.1 has three HDMI 2.0 inputs with support for HDCP 2.2 (UHD Blu-ray) and 4K up to 60 frames per second.
