Samsung HW-Q70R review
Let’s compare Samsung HW-Q70R vs Sony HT-X9000F. Here we have Samsung with 3.1.2 configuration and power of 330W (overall) vs Sony boasting 2.1 channels and 100W. On the front panel on the right are several basic controls for power, volume and source selection; everything else is controlled using the included remote. For those who plan to install this soundbar on the wall, the kit includes a mount with screws and a template. The package also includes a high-speed HDMI cable, which is very convenient. 
Sony HT-X9000F review
Sony HT-X9000F is equipped with a USB input, to which you can connect portable drives with music files. At the same time, not only Lossless, but also High Resolution playback is supported (in DSD and PCM formats). Thus, the soundbar will surely appeal to music lovers with extensive music collections. Also in the soundbar there is also an S-Force PRO processor, which is able to give volume to any sound content. To give the sound an individual color depending on the type of content being watched, the Sony HT-X9000F has a DSP with several operating modes. 
Samsung HW-Q70R pros & cons
Pros
- Because of identical drivers, it’s easier to move the speakers around the three-dimensional soundstage without noticeably changing character from speaker to speaker
- Touch sensitive buttons on the soundbar for volume level, inputs, and basically everything you need in a quick layout
Cons
- There are so many features that I wish this system can guide you through upon “setting up”
Sony HT-X9000F pros & cons
Pros
- The subwoofer automatically connects to the soundbar
- The sound bar is super easy to use with the TV
- If you haven’t had the chance to experience the customizable sound setting features then you’re missing out
Cons
- No real indication that the Vertical S is on
