Samsung HW-Q60R review
The audio features of these devices are incomparable. Samsung has 5.1 channels and 360W vs 2.1 and 100W from its rival. Created jointly by Samsung Audio Lab and Harman Kardon, the HW-Q60R sound panel is designed to create surround sound in home theaters. The mentioned Adaptive Sound function allows the HW-Q60R to analyze the content played on the TV and choose the settings that are most suitable for a particular scene. The HW-Q60R panel switch to this mode automatically if the AI mode is turned on. Samsung's patented Acoustic Beam technology, it is claimed, allows you to get a “more dynamic, panoramic sound landscape,” filling the whole room with sound. 
Sony HT-X9000F review
The Sony HT-X9000F is a 2.1-channel soundbar with support for Dolby Atmos / DTS:X. With the Sony HT-X9000's Vertical Surround Engine, the latest surround sound technology, you can enjoy the thrill of the latest audio formats in movie theaters such as Dolby Atmos and DTS:X in one slim package. No matter what room you are in, the three front speakers reproduce “vertical”, creating a virtual surround sound that seems to come from you.

Pros
- Setup is very simple. If you know where you’re going to put these speakers, it’ll take you less than 10 minutes
- The overall built quality is all premium. A metal finish to the edges and rear while still keeping it simple (not flashy), makes this a valuable accessory for your television

- You’ll need some support if you want to wall mount it
- Only two HDMI inputs

Pros
- The subwoofer automatically connects to the soundbar
- The sound bar is super easy to use with the TV
- If you haven’t had the chance to experience the customizable sound setting features then you’re missing out

- No real indication that the Vertical S is on
