Klipsch R-100SW vs Polk Audio PSW10

Polk Audio PSW10 vs Klipsch R-100SW

Polk Audio PSW10 review

The subwoofer is equipped with a 10 inch diameter woofer. The compact sub plays full high and medium frequencies and can operate at high volume without distorting the sound. All controls and inputs are displayed on the rear panel. Polk Audio PSW10 vs Klipsch R-100SW has speaker level output (pair), while the R-10SWi hasn't.

The model was not difficult to configure. The proximity of the character of bass to neutral allows us to predict good compatibility with many shelving speakers. The PSW-10 works perfectly with the speakers recommended by the manufacturer from its catalog.

Klipsch R-100SW review

Klipsch R-100SW has 150 W nominal output power vs Polk Audio PSW10 – 50 W. The subwoofer is equipped with a 10-inch diameter woofer. R-100SW provides a standard set of controls for adjusting sound parameters. These are regulators of signal level, filter tuning frequency, as well as absolute phase switch (0/180 degrees).

The Klipsch R-100SW subwoofer is relatively small and well suited to accommodate most standard rooms. The device is made in an MDF case with deep internal damping, reinforced with ties for damping vibrations. The subwoofer has a removable mesh of small depth, in the presence of which it becomes not too noticeable in the interior.
