In the entry-level Onkyo AV receiver line-up in 2017, this one already fully demonstrates the advantages of corporate sound. I liked the sound supply both when watching movies and when listening to music. In this Onkyo TX-NR575 review I’ll give more details about Onkyo TX-NR575 specs.
The 7.2-channel Onkyo TX-NR575 receiver, power 7 x 135 W (6 Ohms), has powerful “muscles” - discrete amplifying circuits that provide instant high current thanks to the proprietary system of dynamic amplification, and also use technology that prevents phase displacement. The result is a clean, dynamic and natural sound and reliable performance is guaranteed even with massive four-ohm floorboards. DTS 3D sound formats are available: X and Dolby Atmos (in configuration 5.2.2). To get the same object-oriented three-dimensional sound when playing tracks recorded in standard multi-channel formats, the receiver is assisted by DTS Neural: X and Dolby Surround codecs.
VLSC technology cleans the signal from impulse noise after its digital-to-analog conversion using AK4458 chips.
Onkyo TX-NR575 can be integrated into a local network via Wi-Fi or through a LAN port. Four HDMI inputs of the receiver transmit the signal in 4K resolution (60 Hz), and also support the standard BT.2020 and protocol HDCP 2.2. At the same time, HDMI is available in the HDR10 and Dolby Vision formats (HDR with a 12-bit color depth and dynamic metadata). The Onkyo TX-NR575 receiver has an HDMI output with a return channel, which is important when connecting to a TV. Among the many switching connectors, one can distinguish a set of digital inputs, the input of an MM phono stage and Pre Out for a pair of subwoofers. To connect to the speakers are seven pairs of screw terminals.
Speakers are calibrated by AccuEQ, and AccuReflex technology monitors the exact phase compatibility of conventional speakers with dedicated speakers for Dolby Atmos. The Onkyo Controller app can control music playback throughout your home, as well as group these speakers into groups to broadcast specific content.
