The black case is made of thick black MDF finish. Thick walls prevent unwanted resonances and the formation of standing waves. BIC America F12 vs BIC V1020 has a 12-inch driver size, while V1020 has 10”, F12 has 150 watts RMS power. This is a very powerful subwoofer with good sound.

Subwoofer controls are located on the rear panel: volume control, frequency control, input, and output connectors, RCA. Below the controls are the bass reflex port. At the base of the case are four low cylindrical legs.

This subwoofer is equipped with a heavy-duty 10-inch woofer. BIC V1020 has 160 watt RMS power vs BIC America F12 – 150 W. The V1020 uses a powerful BASH amplifier. Outside, the subwoofer is a classic rectangular black box. Bottom four legs that help stabilize the woofer.

Venturi ports expand the low-frequency response, as well as features such as an adjustable crossover, automatic signal recognition, high-level inputs and outputs make this subwoofer an excellent choice. This sub is powerful enough to shake the whole house.
