Features

The AV receiver is able to create a 7.2 format speaker system in your apartment. This means that you will have access to seven channels of crystal clear sound with power amplification for each channel up to 145 W (6 Ohms), including two channels for low frequencies of subwoofers. With such acoustics, even the good old action movies or westerns will seem much more exciting and intimidating. Of course, Sony STR-DH770 is equipped with all the necessary and most popular audio decoders Dolby and DTS formats, which guarantees playback of any audio / video files.

Design and build

Appearance of Sony STR-DH770 can be described as the appearance of a typical AV receiver with no frills. After all, the TV should attract the eye, and the AV receiver should be heard, not visible. On the black front panel, under the white letters and black screen, there are buttons for accessing the radio tuning functions (it is possible to create up to 30 FM and 30 AM preset channels), searching for Bluetooth and selecting the Music / Cinema mode.

Sony provides four HDMI 2.0 inputs (one with MHL support) and one HDMI 2.0 output (supporting ARC [Audio Return Channel - Audio Return Channel from Third-Party Sources]).
