The 5.2-channel Marantz NR1510 AV receiver is the youngest model in the NR series. Want to know what are the Marantz NR1510 specs? See them in this Marantz NR1510 review.
It supports codecs Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. On board there are five high-current amplifiers using discrete elements and guaranteeing high sound quality. Power reaches 85 watts per channel (6 ohms), and the receiver can withstand even a 4-ohm load. The model received Bluetooth version 4.1 with a range of 30 meters and dual-band Wi-Fi, which allows you to work confidently even with a dense Wi-Fi network. Support for the AirPlay 2 protocol makes it possible to create a wireless multi-room system based on Apple devices. The receiver also has access to the HEOS wireless ecosystem, all of whose components can be controlled through the application and transmit audio content to them from smartphones, tablets, online services and local networks.
The model of the AV Receiver assembled in a low-profile slim-body in 2019 release. This form factor goes well with modern flat-panel TVs. High-current transistors are involved in five discrete amplifiers of the model, due to which a power of 85 W per channel at 6 Ohms (50 W / 8 Ohms) is achieved and operation is guaranteed even with those speakers whose impedance is 4 Ohms.
The presence of six HDMI inputs (one on the front panel) and end-to-end eARC support guarantee support for 4K / 60 Hz resolution, HDCP 2.2 protocol, BT.2020 color space, and HDR10, Dolby Vision, and HLG video standards. There is an HDMI output with a return channel, coaxial and optical inputs, a 2.2-channel RCA output and an MM phono input. To connect the speakers, screw terminals (five pairs) are used, which are color-coded.
Audyssey MultEQ system helps to calibrate the speakers connected to the Marantz NR1510, supplemented by Dynamic EQ technologies (corrects the frequency response and ensures full low frequencies even at low volume levels) and Dynamic Volume (optimizes the volume, which is important when watching programs saturated with commercials).
